PSLF Requirements Checklist
Work full-time (30+ hrs/week) for a qualifying employer (government or 501(c)(3) nonprofit)
Have Direct Loans (or consolidate FFEL/Perkins into Direct)
Use a PSLF-qualifying repayment plan (eligible IDR plans can include RAP; other qualifying options depend on loan and timing rules)
Make 120 qualifying monthly payments (don't need to be consecutive)
Certify employment regularly using the federal PSLF Help Tool; annual certification is a helpful practice, not a separate universal eligibility condition
